Wood & Resin Bowl or Vase- Segmented - Table Centerpiece - Made in Minnesota

Oak, pine and maple segments, with medium blue resin epoxy on a base of ash, make this hand-turned vase a truly one-of-a-kind centerpiece. Something that can be handed down to the next generation. It stands 7 inches tall and 8 inches in diameter, plus, because it's 5 inches deep you can add a glass vase with cut flowers and water or a green plant. Created and turned in my Northern Minnesota woodshop. I create, cut and assemble all my segments, then cut them on my CNC router. I then add more rings of segments to create these patterns. No two are identical. Then I hand turn them and apply the glossy resin finish to bring out the beautiful grain and resin colors. Hand wash as the dishwasher and microwave may be too hot and could damage the resin. We use Total Boat resin which recommends nothing over 130 degrees. This could be a perfect wedding gift, Birthday gift or for any special occasion.
