Kerry and his wife, Cathy, have found their haven in the scenic beauty of northern Minnesota, fondly known as the "Land of 10,000 Lakes." Their lives revolve around a shared passion for creativity, particularly in the art of woodturning.

Before retiring to their lakeside retreat, Kerry was the mastermind behind "Simple Woodturning Tools," a venture that reflected his love for crafting. In their spacious workshop, Kerry sources the wood and conceives new project ideas, while Cathy contributes her design expertise and finesse in finishing. Kerry finds immense joy in passing on his skills to the next generation. Teaching his grandchildren about woodturning, he cherishes the moments spent in the workshop with his 8-year-old grandson during their "Turning Saturdays," fostering a love for craftsmanship and creativity in young minds.
